Skyport Tycoon puts you in charge of a growing airport, from a single runway to a sprawling hub. You route planes, manage gates, hire staff, and keep passengers from stacking up into angry crowds. It scratches that satisfying optimization itch where a tidy layout means everything runs smoothly.

The early hours are the best, when you are learning the rhythm and untangling your first traffic jams. Later it can get a little repetitive, and the interface gets crowded once you have a dozen gates going. But there is real depth here for a mobile sim.

I lost a whole evening to it, which is the highest praise I can give a management game. Just be ready for menus within menus once your airport grows.
